Shipping policy

Rika Skincare currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $7.95.

Orders are shipped using UPS or another trusted carrier selected by Rika Skincare. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Please make sure customers provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Rika Skincare is not responsible for delivery delays or packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
